I think I figured out what Shen Bao's domain is. If I'm right, I can't wait to see what happens when he realizes it. It'll be a glorious day!

The devs will put out a long, business-like statement that essentially boils down to "You were warned that you were giving up your Legacy for a chance at power. That chance has come and gone. You gambled, you lost. Now that Legacy is available for some OTHER player to find."(Emphasis on the 'Other', to draw more new players to the game hoping to catch the Legacies.)
