Alright then, sorry if I prolong my review. Had a rough time scheduling my time since its the holidays but lets get down to business. I really like the fact it takes place in the 1940s America. Where we see gangs and criminals interact with eachother. Usually this is my jam and you killed the execution right. On another note, you have done an astounding job with the world-building but there are some snippets here and there that you could improve as you progress the story. Errors to point out: The grammar is alright most of the time but there are some minor details that jibbled my eye-sockets. Also try to seperate your paragraphs cause its not who you have to worry. I like long paragraphs but a majority of webnovel readers do not like their paragraphs long as it ruins their immersion to the story. Believe me, I am speaking from experience authors that keep telling me to shorten my paragraphs like this one. Other than that, stay fresh and keep it cool mate, I like how its going.

In all honesty AimeeLynn, I have to say that the crisp writing style gave off that classic traditionally published novellas. Its a brilliant love story but the concept being a rich CEO falling in love kinda gets old to me. Its not that its bad but I have been reading so much cultivation and unoriginal chinese genres that it made me numb to feel any joy. I know for a fact this will be a wonderful dramatic piece of literature but sometimes people like myself have a knack for newer and original ideas. Ones that draw my attention and interest. Hence why I am a fantasy author. But dont worry, this book will be successful given enough time and devotion as well as careful deliberation and precise execution. Then you'll might just have a good novel to give you a satisfying end goal. Thats all I have to say. We shall meet again when the currents of fate interpolate us again. Haere rā.

Oh boy, is this gonna be a doozy. Where do I even start? Ok the fact that it's a soul transformation makes it interested with the 2 people having the same aliases. The premise is all around a spot on but the fact that it's a cultivation novel (i.e. when I say cultivation I mean it feels like it.) The author could use a bit of polishing as the grammar sometimes bugs me. Get an editor if you can man. Other than that just keep going until you reached the end goal mate.

Though, the story went on an interesting turn with that prologue. I was expecting a slow burn, but it intrigued me is that it is set in this mystery thriller. Could use a bit more exposition for my taste, but overall it seems to be a good flavour of drama and mystery. Both things very integral in murder mystery settings. Not my cup of tea but hey at least I can read something that isn't Noir. But I digress, and it's a good read if you're looking for a classic murder mystery.
