The time runs out, and the declaration of war is imminent. Will they be able to end this terrifying war before it crushes everything they once held dear? Is there right and wrong at the time of war? How do they know they are on the right side? NOTE: This is a hard-science Sci-Fi book that follows the laws of physics to the letter, and is likely to include many scientific terms. Overlord_Venus: This mountain temple is a story set in a remote village that was situated at the foot of a non-scenic mountain.

Our mc moved over to stay with his aunt in the village as his University was located next to the village. Two weeks passed by normally until the day it began to rain heavily and the MC encountered a kind shopkeeper who ran a book store.

The story begins with a slice of life aspect of the boy as he slowly learns of the mystery surrounding the mountain.

I felt that the way in which the author described the plot to be quite smooth and the transition between the scenes went with the flow.

The way in which the conversation between the characters were portrayed and how the author tried to convey their emotions ( including the ******* related to a few situations) felt more on the *******ish side.

What I liked about the story was how the author paced the flow of events ( it was slow and steady) as he slowly introduced one mystery after another and steadily built up the plot. There was no cultivation cliche that was introduced till now and the characters are painted to be on the realistic side.

The woodwork is slightly *******ish but I found myself getting immersed into the world he created.

Conclusion: This is a fun read. Don't hesitate and just dive into the chapters

Strawberry_Pancake: Good points, but large space stations can do most of these in a more cost-effective way. Settlements on other, more friendly planets actually caused Luna's civilian population to drop after the initial "Buy a house on the Moon!" hype ended.

Chronische: Are there any major lunar settlements? I would imagine there would be before Martian settlements, but I dunno. Might be a no mans land like the Arctic, but used for observation posts and possibly secret weapons platforms.

Chronischen: Well, it is also the closest (other than the moon), and most Earth-like, to boot. It has a lot going for it!

Chronischen: Well, it is more land in the case of overcrowding, a potential prison world, like Austrlia but moreso, a fine strategic position against other nations on Earth but also against potential future invasion from outside (like right now!), and... lusury resorts. Lot of reasons to have, at least, significant habitation domes, if not full scale terraforming!

Sol Conflict · C43

Also note, during the events of the Sol Conflict, Mars is the only terraformed celestial body, which is only partially terraformed. I didn't mention any of this in the story because it wasn't really releveant so far. View More

Chronischen: Seems odd to skip a major lunar terraforming and go straight to Mars unless there was a treaty blocking it for military reasons. It is much closer, if nothing else, so shipping supplies and labor over would be far easier!

Sol Conflict · C43

Shipping to Luna is easier, terraforming is harder (lower gravity, no natural atmosphere layers = more outgassing = liquid doesn't stay on surface easily = also harder to control temperature etc etc). By the time humans had technology to terraform Luna, they have already reached Mars. And since Luna did not have something more to offer other than resources and strategic positions, people didn't waste their efforts trying to terraform Luna. View More

There are almost no settlements on Luna for regular people, the Lunar population is mainly scientists and military personnel. This is moslty because Mars has been colonized shortly after Luna, and people preferred the much friendlier Martian environment. Luna has never been welcoming for non-scientist people (except for space tourism purposes). View More

yaoyueyi: Renowned author DemotivatedSloth returns with an incredible work of deep symbolism and meaning. His most recent work-- or better put, his newest piece of sacred artwork descended from the holy muses of writing-- "While others cultivate, I use RPG leveling system to cultivate their girlfriends", creates a lasting impact on the reader from the very first word in the novel, "get". Every single word in DemotivatedSloth's writing brings deep, hidden messages along with it, with the themes being so complex that even the most skilled readers or critics would be unable to decipher all of its value.

The artwork centers on a character with the name of "Bart". As described in the writing, he was a "classical" American teenager until reincarnating into a completely different world through a god who took pity on his tragic death. From this premise, DemotivatedSloth picks up an unique idea that no author has ever attempted before. As the story continues on, more and more unexpected events occur, each event symbolic of deeper messages. Quite frankly, as the reader attempts to absorb this immense and powerful language of DemotivatedSloth, they will find that it's quite difficult to truly comprehend the beauty and value of his work. In fact, the concepts and motifs that DemotivatedSloth represents within his novel proves that only one who has ascended to the level of a pure literary genius would be able to comprehend the absolute depth of his work.

Most particularly, the reader receives quite a deep emotional blow after reading about the "babies" in Chapter Two. DemotivatedSloth presents the first challenge to the main character with the symbolic babies which absolutely represent certain values such as the cycle of life and human incapability or weakness. By introducing said babies, the value of the work raises to a whole other level of new insight. These babies could be considered as the most incredible part of the novel so far.

Overall, the stunning "While others cultivate, I use RPG leveling system to cultivate their girlfriends" sets a whole new standard in the literary field and industry. It would be belittling to give this artwork a full five stars, almost. In the future, this novel will be the work that every young writer looks up to, earning its place as an incredibly unique classic in the history of Webnovels.

The bad part is that it doesn't contain a legendary sword that can shoot ultraviolet beams.
