I think they refer to this as a "half step" stage. technically it's the absolute peak of the 9th stage, where one focuses on preparing themselves for the breakthrough into the next higher realm. using "peak" to define the last the 3 sub realms is a bad analogy. It should be something like low tier middle tier high tier. or even follow in some others with gaseous, liquid, and solid stage for sub realm names.
