My pleasure if you'd give this novel a chance. OBSESSIVE STORYTELLER'S THESIS (or AMARYLLIS OF CRIMSON GABLES as I lovingly wrote it) is a story about Amaryllis Mendoza, an obsessive writer who unknowingly "merged" all the elements from the scripts she wrote into the real world. From a chance encounter while strolling in Kyoto, she meets Yotsuba Yazawa, the protagonist of the novel she's drafting and having problems due to mental block, and the rest: they engage in a heartening conversation─unprecedented for two people suddenly knowing they’re creators and creation. Precaution: 1 - From the popular Webnovel sub-genre, I've only read Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint and the plot is far from it: I expect other novels such as The Author’s POV and the The Extra’s Survival are different. The novel draws more inspiration from Japanese light novels and manga, mostly those which tackles the life of creators such as Bakuman and Oshi no Ko. 2 - I model my writing style most prominently after Nisio Isin, the author of Monogatari Series: but I don’t blatantly assume his techniques and sensibilities as I have mine. 3 - I don’t have problems with being compared and thrashed negatively as an effect, but I’ll only take you seriously when you know what you’re talking about. Chances are I’d completely ignore you or shallowly thank you for pointing out such a superficial observation devoid of research.

hahaha true... I want one where I can hole myself for the rest of my life.

With that money I will be able to gather resources to create my own secret base because who doesn't want there own secret base. I also need to get as many skills as possible and find a way to evolve my Great Sage because I can't get a hero or demon lord seed right now.

Thank you for pointing out. I'll attend to it as soon as I can.

"You were the one who provoked him." Nagisa was sure to reprimand, but in utter complacence followed with a soft-spoken scold, "he just wanted to scold you if you were still trying to drag him along with us, as the covert operator. Planning to use him for you to lead a laid-back life on the assignment, it wouldn't get through. And it defeats the purpose of an assignment, yes?"

Yes, why not?

Upfront, the premise was that the butterflies reigned supreme─and humans are shackled in their world established partly from the thoughts of Lovecraft. You get flying harmless creatures instead of the Great Old One─but receive the same cosmic horror helplessness.

Oh I know that one. Mine was coincidence but I like that concept.

Everyone, including me, are mere artificial units cultivated to be used in the world over, for reasons I have insufficient knowledge. Although it's to say I know the concept isn't unfamiliar. Queasy to tell, conspiracies were, and are still being, documented across the globe. And more sickeningly, it was the premise of the web novel I was writing for the time.

that's better. thanks!

Living along Kyoto, or presumably in any part of Japan, for a Filipino student was hard, coping with the culture and all. But the difficult necessity I had to pursue and cope with was interrupted by the encounter of an unlikely character, scarce from any preparation that I was taken captive in its insanity.

then let me see you try ^^

"Nothing beats wanting to see an extraterrestrial starfish rampaging around but let's not hook normal people into your dreams," Nagisa readily refuted and said for a sensible insult, "You're unbecoming."
