First, I read it all. —— I’d say some of that could work. But the main think I don’t think will would be the differing base laws. The vast expanse has ‘incomplete’ laws supposed to the beyond. I believe this will be another similar case to this. Maybe laws are not the end, maybe the laws are complete but the higher tier just does not exist. Something like Concepts, laws for emotions/souls/ego… Heaven appear to be the umbrella everything is under so I have to assume that if we hold the vast expanse as a universe and that universe is within the beyond’s universe then whatever heaven is would be all encompassing for the higher and lower worlds. The amount of power a lower or higher world can handle dictates the complexity of avalibe laws. —— Going your route though. Maybe the heaven realms as they called it are meant to dictate your own custom law and transform yourself into a being of laws. If they are a law then other laws cannot effect them when they ascend later. Also most likely a heaven realm means they have a universe within themselves but without soul laws it’s likely dead. Unless Heavens soul aspect also effects internal universes, which would then generate life. The reason suns have a domain might be because of this, so when any cultivator in their inner universe hits the max threshold of power they can release them into their domain to continue cultivating. Though they will likely be somehow intrinsically linked to the host universe I’d assume

I figured there was another plane above this one. Things often happen in sets of 3 The heavens servant that intruded upon Shen Boa in the Spacial fold that he killed the soul monstrosity that was attacking master rain and the heavenly academy… that thing was beyond huge from what I gathered and it was capable of tearing into the vast expanse without affecting it unlike the Suns. Makes me believe there has to be more stages above the level of the Suns. Most likely there is a portal or ruin in the center of the beyond, possibly a world taken over by demons or something that is causing that corrupted Qi to fill up that under ground world. All in all, I cannot wait to read more!
