First of all the Author, as anyone who has read any of their other works would know, does a fantastic job with character development, world building and pacing as always and when I found this for the first time I was immediately hooked. When I found this it had 42 chapters and I sat down and read every single one in one sitting and I’ve been itching for more ever since. It is a bit slower in the beginning as you watch the world being built around you and god is it a fucked up and beautiful world which definitely is not for the weak. There are many darker and not family friendly themes that are for the more mature audience which is one aspect I love because it’s a different pace than a lot of the authors other works and it’s amazing to watch such a great author do something different. Or at least put more focus on darker themes like they have here. I give the story and characters an absolute 10/10 and I wish I could give a full 5/5 in this review but I had to knock down the rating purely because it hasn’t been updated in 3 days as of the time I’m posting this and I’m fiending for more 🥲. I hope the posting schedule will be updated and more frequent like all the other author’s books soon and I’m not a very religious person but I’m praying this book doesn’t get dropped and that more people can see it and show it the love it deserves. Until then I’ll be here checking my feed every 30 minutes waiting for more.
