At this point, Emiya was frankly just spewing whatever random 'inspirational' gibberish that came to mind in the hopes that it would finally get Ren to stop pestering him throughout every day at school, and instead make the boy focus on something else. While the details haven't been ironed out yet, we do know that each participating school will have one or multiple champions and will perform dangerous tasks for their name to be immortalized as legends. Fame and fortune are a given, should you win the tournament for your institution. Magical houses were created, and Orders of Merlin were awarded to the winners of the Tri-Wizard tournament, and I can't see any reason why it would not be any different. Great positions in the most prestigious magical guilds are almost guaranteed. This is the fate of the winner of the European school tournament."

The level of responsibility Brock bore was immense: a gym leader, a caretaker for his siblings, and a stand-in parent.

Before any of you say anything, Harry and Neville aren't going to suddenly become the best of friends. Neville feels alone and betrayed by his friends, and decides to mature (There's also something special that I'm planning this year that needed this), and Harry just feels guilty about the impact of his gaslighting Neville. They would be friendly acquaintances at best, and Harry's guilt would be a driving factor in their relationship (Which never really works out well when that's the basis of anything). The idea is that they would both be starting over. It's essentially character development on Neville's part because of the trauma of losing his friends and realizing that the identity he built himself is a lie.

In actuality, he felt no remorse for the lives he had harvested just now. Any normal person in his place, one who has people whom they can 100% trust, wouldn't have been able to even look at the scene without feeling disgusted, let alone actually committing it. Technically, I was meant to bathe naked, and the attendants were supposed not to look, but it had long been Thranduil's habit to bathe with a towel covering his nakedness so that the attendants could finish quickly. As always, they didn't say anything, complying with my unspoken wishes, and got to work. Once in the water I simply laid back in the tub and looked out of a skylight embedded in the domed ceiling above. I couldn't help but let out a relaxed sigh as I was quickly and efficiently washed down.
