why not build a centralized management instead going with one clan per division? if clan right override the unity then prepare for civil war in the future.. at least create a sense of unity while the village still small when contradiction is still none than work hard in the future to become Arbitrer among clan's dispute of right.

why is it so blunt? where is diplomacy play on? i think sosetsu must playing a confused person to delay time and solve the yukikage outside than attract hatred by open the lid by himself which stupid and dangerous if he accidently get hurts by enemy attack in his mansion for example.

i think there are more of the civilian council(in our world BUREAUCRATS/Civil servants) problem than daimyo itself as daimyo also have raise his guard against the worm bureaucrats. public infracstructur fund mostly suffered not from the person in charge incompetent or the company that built it cutting corner(although there are many cases they do it to save cost after bribing official) but bureaucrats that take slice layer by layer although in paper is not huge but if all layer calculated it will extremely huge. no matter what democracy or monarchy official were never elected as they were pointed by above authority so mostly they were incospicious than some governor or senate that keeping caught in corruption case as nobody will offend bureaucrats unless the country had strong president or monarch to launch a purge..

Konoha was a picture-perfect example of this. The supposedly strongest village that is able to rally up and work together, civilians and ninjas alike, to protect it even when they are facing enemies on three fronts. During the war, the civilian council made damn sure to do their work and give the Hokage time to focus more on the war efforts than running the village. Now? They are subtly sabotaging the village whenever possible. And Rei knew not all of it was because they were bored. The Fire Daimyo had his own grubby hands in it.

Everything just turned more difficult after the first floor. Stronger monsters that were smarter, stronger, varying sizes, and could slowly adapt to a situation. The monsters were such difficult foes to deal with, something which Rosalia and her party members couldn't work with anymore.

it only work once per enemy with clever mind and it wont work to enemy that had already knew the formation and its layout and weakness.. i always am have high hope when some novels introduce formation that blow it to the sky its effect annndddd when used only work as one time use after the MC work hard to study it, also must upgrade the formation after that and also learning again and cyles countines...

thats why servant come into being. proper aristocrat family must have a bunch of servant and babysitter that can take care the child and also private teacher when the son is about kindergarden age so parent is basiclly just need one or two occasion to make the child recognize the parent and once or twice raise a family meeting.. the one that still thinking to take care the child in person is proper upstart, i doubt Tsunade must have such basic family affair of the Noble or the wealthy family should be.
