Don't know if they have the expertise but remember that people like von Braun got us from the first rocket reaching space to the first moonlanding in 30 years. That was without or the most basic computers. Seeing how fast they build other stuff it isn't unlikely they could build a basic rocket from local recourses that could reach space within a few months. View More

hongisred: It's more like they don't have the expertise and resources to do that. To build rocket you will require rocket scientist and engineers. Even with blueprints they won't know head from tail of what they are looking at. It will require a few years or even decades before they actually tech up to that level.

What if the UN focuses more on rocket technology and development. They might be able to bring satellites into orbit that can help with weather prediction, communication, intelligence and land survey. Also don't forget weapon systems like missiles. If they really wanted they could shoot those artifacts into orbit or to a moon so no one could reach them. View More

Tjir: Interesting story, like it. While it is fantasy, I have a hard time believing a 2 year old is being treated like an ***** and is doing cardio.

Tjir: Never underestimate the power of an isekai otaku. With their knowledge you have an atomic bomb before you know it. But don't nuke the emperor, because then the story will end. Also when the emperor dies there is a chance of him returning in a B rated story and gets killed by his own daughter.

I am starting to see a pattern here..... I think the UN has a problem with Stockholm syndrome, capturing enemies to later date them. View More

Tjir: I can watch/read Navel intelligence every day of the week, there is never good without bad. So if you control the bad in a good way, it is a win win.

But for the record wasn't this a summary exucution, no trail no proof no judge. Even in ww2 you would at least be able to defend yourself. Maybe we get NCIS next time.... Looking at the spinoffs of that show it wouldn't be unlikely.

Tjir: So the empire is going recognise the 'rebels' as a rogue state and sue fo peace? The empire will keep throwing s**t at the wall until something sticks. This will probably result in the entire male population being decimated. Workforce reduced by a lack of men, most slaves send off to war and killed. I predict a giant problem for the empire in the near future, loss off production capacity of goods and food. This will result in a famine which will reduce the population even more. Throw a smart but illigal disease developed by the naval intelegence in the mix and guns to rebels within the empire. Bye bye Empire and hello white beach

As expected the empire learns of guns, once the army gets guns, the slaves/people get guns. So instead of crussing this 'rebellion' , they create an environment where new rebellions within the empire are inevitable. Is wish them good luck in maken gun pouder, Black pouder maybe with some months/years, smokeless pouder most definitely not, with their current understanding of science. View More

Cutter_Masterson: I am conflicted. I find the battle interesting, but I don’t like how easy it went to plan. It reminds me to much like plot armor. A dumb enemy commander and a too clever UN commander. The balance was way to one sided. Besides how can an enemy keep falling for the same attack. Also was it really needed to use “High Explosives”. Why can’t they use C-4. They could have set it on fire and nothing would have happen.

Tjir: A lot of first pregnancies don't end well, the body is not used to it or other complications. The doctor also doesn't know what kind of baby they will being getting this means that a good treatment during pregnancy or at birth is hard. This means there is a high chance their first pregnancy will end being a miscarriage, if the species are actually compatible. The 'infertile' liger also wasn't born on the first try, and when it did had defects. I hope the best for them, but they need a lot of luck, a genius doctor or a loving god, writing their story so they won't have the sadness of losing their first child.

Tjir: The 'un' failed to win the war in Korea against waves of nearly unarmed people. Also the USA lost the war in Vietnam against some peasants/rebels hiding in the forest, while dropping more bombs then ww2 on a smaller area. This war is far from over and those flying crosses aren't going to win it.
