PREPARE FOR LANDFALL!" he yelled out at the town taking command of the situation. the town burst into activity with everyone preparing their assigned area while the commander just looked at alex thoughtfully. "just what sort of being will you become? i can't wait to find out." he said with a small smile.

His very first kill and it was a normal human. You would think he'd be atleast a tad affected by taking a human life, but no. He did not feel anything really, maybe a small miniscule amount of disgust at ripping a man's head off, hearing and watching the veins and muscles snapping like rope , as bones broke apart like fragile glass. But was he psychotic for not really having regret even at the moment? Maybe, or maybe not. But even an average human when placed in this situation would act much the same. If you rid the world of a piece of shit scum, would you regret that choice? Would there be any regret at all? Disgust maybe, but regret? No.

Apparently elder dragons were chalk full of calories as despite having less meat than his usual prey alex felt more full. the notification he had gotten earlier was the system congratulating him for his first successful elder dragon hunt. as a reward for it the system gave alex a single dynamic change for free which basically told him he could modify his look again. this wasn't that much of a reward for alex but he still used it because it was free. the change he made was to his tail were he modified the spike to purposefully come off.
