starts out really good for the first 800 or so chapters then slows down alot and has way to many chapter that add nothing to the story. last 100 to 200 chapters speed up alot, almost no unless side stories and gets stair to the point.

Constructing the Dark Tower was quite simple. In fact, it was more of a summoning than blueprints. Although the Dark Tower was not a Peak Construction, it was as close as possible. Not even the Four Towers of Elements were as powerful.

how can you keep getting low level high tiers, tier 1 is lvl 20, tier 2 is lvl 50, tier 3 is lvl 80 or 100, but keep getting lvl 40 to 60 with tier 4s

Star Rank. Earth Rank. Heaven Rank. Every rank would start from 1st Grade, with 9th Grade representing perfection in that rank. As for whether there existed a tier above the Heaven Rank, no one knew.
