Well there is not a point with talking with someone that is using a world reflex casualy. Ignorance is a bliss for those like you. You know in sport for example they used reflex to say how gatekeeper moves fast and defend the net. But this is wrong and now public is using it too. EVERY HEALTHY HUMAN HAS A REFLEXES. Story has a good start but later its more about skills and flashy fights and less about social interactions and communications. Not my taste but you can give it a try. When fight keep going for 7 chapters... You can have excusse if you make an epic fight involving protagonist but this are just some climbing stones without brain making a filler. Good luck author my advice to you is to reduce lenght of the fight with climbing stones. Also when you keep adding skills wihout general system audience will only be able to track MC progress. I think you alredy lost your way there many filler skills not important for MC progress.

Learn difference betweeen action and reaction. Every movement of your body is reflex action. For people that have healthy brain and nervous system with receptors. Defense mehanisms are numerous some are part of the reflex arch and some are not. Example I mentioned is not inborn reflex but learned by some people. Someone when get burned will not shake his hand but just hold it and run to wash it with watter. There are also Pavlov learned reflexes. This topic is board abd you need to inform yourself bettef if u want to discuss it better.

You have wrong source of informations. If you wanted to write a novel based on facts from real life you would have done some reasearch. For example authot of Lord of the Mysteries did throughout hystorical reasearch before writing his novel. This way your novel is just for passing a time abd relaxing because teaching value is low and so lack luster. But I must compliment you on best character development I have seen in a long time.
