Personally, it depends for me. A strong protagonist who still struggles against the odds is my favorite tbh. Kim Dokja from Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint is my favorite character ever in that regard. But there are weak characters with other talents who can be fun too, like Myne from Ascendance of a Bookworm. If I want a purely strong yet well-written character then Sung Jin Woo from Solo Leveling is the first who comes to mind.

She winked at him and smiled, "Oh, just a small gift from me. The world I'm sending you to seems a bit dangerous, and it's only natural for me to give you something in return for your professional review. Also, I dislike weak protagonists."

Catfish is actually good when cooked well though... Although, it's kind of disgusting to eat at first since you know it's a catfish ^^;

You know, I just remembered Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. That was a really good story with a somewhat similar plot as this system.
