NB25 - Profile

Been a while since I've tried my hand at reviewing stuff but here I go I guess. Fair warning it's only the first chapter for now, but that's what makes or breaks a reader's interest. Writing Quality: Compared to the vast majority of fics I've seen here, the grammar, vocabulary and spelling is nothing short of excellent, the sheer horror and grim of Mc's surroundings is described masterfully and the dialogues and character interactions were solid. There's a blemish here and there but nothing that spoils my enjoyment. Story development: it's only the first chapter, so I'll put this at 4 stars, but there is definitely some potential here. We witness the important characters of this story, and can easily guess that it's going for the classical revenge route, the main character is thrown to the deep end from the start and from what I've read of him so far, will not let this slight unanswered. Character Design: it's a DB fanfiction, so obviously it's automatically 5 stars.... jk. More seriously, the Main Character is certainly interesting, a man filled with pride even at the risk of homelessness/debt (Oh the horror!) is quite the notable character trait in a universe like Dragon Ball, tho we also see a more casual side that I hope will be preserved. Power wise, well he's a Sayain with the power to adapt in response to trauma, as far as Isekai Gifts that's quite powerful but balanced by the need to actually survive said trauma, and maybe he has even more?? Update stability: Don't care much about that really, FF.net has that power over people. World Background:It's Dragon Ball, nuff said. So overall, this is quite promising, and I'm eager to see how story will progress.
