The entire nation was transferred, as was the case with the original story upon which this fanfiction is based (Summoning Japan). Along with the continental US (mainland of 48 States), all of the US’ other holdings were transferred (military bases and territories such as Guam). If you’ve read the original story (recommended) then you’ll have no confusion with regards to the story’s background.
