gonna mark this as spoiler this is too much to be exact first few chapters seemed like au writing you guys can give it a go but for me it was too much reasons? well first hes a seasoned Shinobis at age 5 he was 3 when he reincarnated or whatever so in 2 years he become a expert at fuinjutsu and medicine to become able to improve old recipes and even make barriers? that's too much... more of all, he already trained enough with 3 nature's. water, earth and lightning... he can already draw water from atmosphere to form water jutsus that is at the level of tobirama...you wish for me to believe that? moreover the inconsistency in plot! why would hiruzen allow danzo to do whatever he wants till the point of going after nara bluntly? are anbu's dead in konoha? plus danzo minions tried to kill Tsunade inside the Nara clan? really now? danzo knows what that means... that's worst that going rouge.... sigh it's a disappointment
