Uhhhhhhhhh, you do understands that dead place like, I dunno, a frozen landmass shouldn't really have that much of life energy, right? Also, this is the planet climate and condition that affect it own life energy. Even if this is DXD, don't put such thing on the level of stupid ice magic.
