It was episode 2 (or was it 3?) of season 1. It is just before that season where Ainz obliterates those two ‘Seraphims’.

Author's Note: Shoutout to those who managed to realize the easter egg that I've left in this chapter. You and I are not too different. *wink*

Short Answer: Plot. Long answer: Since the dawn of time, everyone living entity within the grand world of Avaritia is born with a certain factor within their blood called the M-factor. The quantity of M-factor within an individual’s blood is varied and random; not entirely as parentage, chance, luck, etc all play a role in its determinism. However, after an individual’s birth this quantity is fixed. Nothing can change it. M-factor is important in the determinism of a person’s talent. Individuals with a higher count have greater and wider affinity with elements. For those with low counts of M-factor, it’a vice-versa. As mentioned above, M-factor is in a constant state of flux until birth. While educated guesses can be made, they are never accurate and might even greatly differ in reality. This is true even in the case of Gods. (Hence the saying, ‘God does not play dice.’) The reason this particular little girl was chosen wa because of her unusually high M-factor. This bought her the favour of a God. Now you might ask, ‘Hold on, if the girl was born with a high count of M-factor, why didn’t her parents or the House of Hestia know about it?’ To you, I answer; it’s because the process of testing is expensive. Since the House of Hestia was already poor, testing became an impossibility. For more detailed explanations on M-factor and how they determine an individual’s talent, please refer to-[CONTENT REDACTED. PLEASE AWAIT FOR PLOT EXPOSITION.] Have a great day. :)

The young girl had no idea who spoke those words or even of what half the words meant. Nonetheless, she was glad that it had happened.
