You can’t speak of this strictly from a military standpoint and the statement that America is highly advanced at least more so than most other countries is just plain false. Let me explain, America has the largest and strongest military but that is a consequence of their outrages spending of money on that field. Will most of that money be well spent? No. There are numerous conflicts around the world but the amount of weapons that the United States has developed and bought will be useless. Some weapons cant be used because of the Rules of War (example: chemical or neurological). Another thing is the United States economy. Even though it is strong it is not the strongest, some european nations have a higher valued currency than the USA, that would also mean that they have a stonger economy. The voting in the USA is also out of date and should be augmented. It has a system that even if a candidate wins the majority of the voyes they will not be elected because lf the electoral collage system. All in all there are a lot of things wrong with the USA but that is the same with many other countries.

The mountains that seemingly reached beyond any reason, easily breaking through the confines of atmosphere and enjoying the tingling touch of the space. Did he just randomly spawn that shovel out of no where. Why would he need a shovel when he stated earlier on that he almost always does nothing and will probably never use that tool?

What are you talking about? This is after their leader limited the amount of people that could join. He did this becuase they had basically accomplished their misson. It says it in the paragraphs above.

You are very wrong. Although I can agree with you on some points the fact of the matter is that he is comparing work to slavery. Keep in mind that if you were an actual slave then you would have to work up to 20 hours a day without pay and with the poorest of living conditions imaginable and little to no hope for any freedom. So don’t compare the average minimum wage job or any other type of job to slavery. The things you and this chapter mentioned don’t compare to slavery in any way. And another thing, the definition of slavery in basic terms is no freedom and no pay. We could argue about the no freedom but the no pay is illegal so there is no way that this person or you has experienced any kind of slavery even the “modern” kind.
