Bro theres no way your school was considered mediocre if you were doing that kind of training. My team doesn't even do that kind of training and we were ranked 4th but maybe its because im not from US.

Holy crap. If this was done in my previous life, people would be fainting and dying and the coaching staff would be going to jail. But I guess, this was the anime world. People had much stronger bodies and I noticed that even an average person was taller, stronger and faster than an average person from my previous world. But still, this training regiment for a bunch of middle schoolars is crazy.
