Rose was only forced to accept the marriage proposal set by her grandmother which she would have gone through the next morning if she hasn't left the human realm. She never really knew the guy nor expected it to happen that fast. This is why she so badly wanted to leave, they were selling her off disregarding his reputation. - You're right about her powers being detected. The only reason why no one has known about the necklace is because of the spell concealing it whenever it isn't used, and the limitation to it. The necklace can only be used during the full moon. So far, Rose hasn't used it near those that are after it. Imagine if she did. - I can't say anything about her going back to the human realm, but she did say that she's bounded to the Center Realm.
