With so many people it makes sense that they would be forced into their career based on their processor.

In this world every children at the age of 10 will awaken their processor , processor is spherical shaped organ at the bottom of the brain, after the awakening ceremony the processor gets started and absorb the neutral energy in the air, every processor has a rank, and that rank will decide one's entire future, the rank of the processor determines the maximum level one can achieve in their entire life

Today, they all lined up and waited for orders. They all wore chain mail armor under a thick breastplate with a rose etched on the front. Their helmet, arm guards, leg guards, and boots were all metal and worn. Doevm had received custom armor because everything was too big for him. Jameson was at the front, but he didn't start the drill.

Actually not necessarily! Plate made for the soldiery often was mass produced and of lower quality, meaning the makers took on a mentality of “Some-sizes fit all”, with only a few sizes. Noble plate was completely custom and often made with a team of specialists and with much higher quality steel or metal. i hope this was helpful!
