Funny enough, it’s the same exact book (title, author, etc.) g-o-o-g-l-e n-o-v-e-l-h-o-l-d all one word and remove the dashes :)

That is some BS. The author took so long to publish the “privilege chapters” that it was a waste. I am not paying for it again if updates are taking such long time. Beside I found if you do a quick google search you can find this book and all updates fr*e of charge ;)
