Can't be a Nature Weapon of an Empyrean Zinger as they can't be turned into Nature Weapons due to their two nature's. I believe you meant the nature weapon of a regular Zinger.

Currently, all Empyrean Tusks had equipped a Nature Weapon—with the power of an Empyrean Zinger—to their Tertiary Nature, for it would be useful for Prana recovery. But they didn't influence it to become their Tertiary Nature through Maroppa.

Yes, but he doesn't actually know her identity. All he would know from observation is her relationship with Orakha and Amita. He isn't aware of her species or how her abilities counter his own. The only actual information he has on her is what the Boar King himself is aware of and even then it's all a fabrication by Inala about a Mudropper, not Maroppa. You can't threaten an existance you aren't even aware of. At most, the only thing he's doing here is threatening Orakha's lover which Orakha really isn't handling well in my opinion. Giving Virala so many concessions and perks when he himself doesn't actually gain anything. He already had control of the Major Treasure of Diety and if it came down to a fight Orakha would win.

Hence, when Orakha wanted to take the Golden Giant with him, Virala threatened the latter using Maroppa. Objectively speaking, Maroppa was a dozen times more valuable than a Major Treasure, especially since she could grant everyone part of the Mammoth Clan Secondary and Tertiary Natures using Gannala's Nature Weapons.
