In my opinion, 15-20k for a Feebas, 20-30k for a Clamperl, and 25-30k for a Shellder were a steal. Price aside, the two new evolution triggers were another reason I had a sudden interest in Clamperl, though I was not planning to ignore the Shellder and Feebas. What I did mostly "ignore" were the Magikarp even though they went for only 5-10k since I already had more than enough Magikarp in Utopia, though I still made sure to keep an eye out for any that stood out from the rest.
