this chapter was interesting with Gerald spying on her , trying to take her to his company and want could've happened to her father . waiting when we would see concern and care from Gerald . Gerald was angry because she was reckless while driving, this is a way of expressing his concern I guess . ,

Gerald did all this one month plan so he could get close to her , so spying might've been another reason to be close to her or maybe watch her . if he knows her problem I think he would help her ( indirectly) . Gerald stills loves her , he is just angry that she left him . Oscar has chances being near her more compared to Gerald .
