yh should've told you that before you wrote it, mainly because calling them 'pokemons' is a bit out of place, because it's originally a japanese term, and it literally means 'pocket monsters', so maybe you can make them call the mons 'monsters' more instead of pokemons, as the word 'pokemon' and 90s Britain seems to not fit lol. as for the 15.000 words, it's for the trending tab, that's the bare minimum if you want to get into it, the algorithm will start recommending it more, and people will want to click a novel that already has a lot of chapters instead of just one, speaking from experience lol. Just a suggestion though, do try to make the HPxPokemon world a little bit different than the original worlds, like changing names that doesn't fit the atmosphere, changing tech to magic(Like TMs & HMs, definitely can't fit to HP world, maybe use scrolls or something), those revives and pokemon potions probably won't fit, switch it to HP themed, so Potion class probably still exists. Mega evolution,... maybe it can still exists, but make it rare, only a couple of people will own it, Z-Moves... just don't include that, too cringy lol, Dynamax, probably too op for the world.

NOIIICCCEEEE!!! But I think you should've wait until monday and write at least 15.000 words before posting it, so a lot more people could see it. also, I think the 'pokemon', shouldn't be called pokemon, call them beasts or something, only mc call them pokemon, call the pokeballs beast seals, again, so it 'fits' more into the atmosphere of HP. also, don't take writing it too seriously, because it doesn't fit in the first place, so don't write MC as a calculating cold edgy dude, but instead just make him hope that he went to HP world, but instead he saw these mons and realized what situation he's in, he becomes frustrated at first, but eventually accept it, so the reader can discover this new alternate world you make along with the MC. also, plan every character's teams, doesn't need to be a good team per se(except maybe the older characters like Dumbledore and McGonagall), check the pokedex for pokemons that fits into the characters personality. god I have so much ideas, like ollivander should be a daycare grandpa instead of a wandmaker, where new students come there to find their starter, or the death eaters resurected voldemort using Ho-oh's power forcefully, or Dumbledore has the three legendary birds, I kinda wanna write it now lol, but go for it.
