I was right as the unwieldy kitchen knife morphed into a katana after I degraded it a shit ton. The thing did not have the same absurd stats the knife previously had but it was still top tier. It no longer grew or degraded which sucked but it was better than what I was using. I could use One Handed Mastery on it but I knew that there was a unique skill for Katana's. Of course there was this game was made by the Japanese they had to have OP katanas.

Still, as we traveled and took bands of Orange Players out it felt never ending. For such a small amount of people trapped here, the amount of violent maniacs is truly ludicrous. Well, most of these Orange Players just robbed but murder was definitely on the table. Truly gamers are a different breed.

So my talents in potion brewing would have to be concentrated on other fields. A better field to pursue would be to boost my physical capabilities. I would rather not be speed blitzed by any old vampire. I also would want to have all the capabilities of Spider-Man. Then again who wouldn't want to be able to do all that the web slinger could do? He managed to bag MJ and fucking black cat after all. Peter Parker was that guy and let no one deny that.

The shopkeeper left me inside his store by myself. So far, I stuck to the deal and just took anything that could be described as ingredients. I could be an asshole and take just about anything that wasn't nailed down. He did agree that I would get his entire stock after all. Still, I was slightly fond of this guy so I only took what was in the spirit of the deal. Yes, that included the wheel of cheese. No, I do not care if he thinks that the wheel of cheese is not a part of the deal. He would have to fight me for it.

It did not take very long for me to collect everything that could be remotely looked at as an ingredient. Sure his wheel of cheese is probably not an ingredient but who fucking knows. So I yoinked the cheese wheel even if I was probably not able to use it. I could use it for sandwiches or something. I guess I could also send it to Ashley. Sure, she had other food, but who says no to a wheel of cheese? Not even lactose intolerant people would do that.

I had to admit, that was actually pretty impressive. The flaming sword in her hand must be putting out the heat of the center of a star. It seemed to take a lot out of her though. She was painting and visibly sweating a lot more after conjuring it.
