people who survive bullet wounds to the head go on to live with the bullet sometimes tho it can lead to metallic poisoning it a question of do we risk killing you now to remove it (and possible get used cuz we killed u on the op table) so u can possibly live longer or do we leave it medicate u and hope for the best knowing it'll give u a couple of years maybe be more u have to possibly die or come back to get it removed finally tho thats head wounds dont know about heart wounds
