Capítulo 4: INTERHIGH PRELIMINARIES AND MEETING
It has been a long time since that nekoma practice and there is one thing that i hate to admit and that is the team has gotten overly dependent on first years and nishinoya sempai , they have been stagnating and has reduced working hard on themselves , According to me they have grown overconfident in their freak quick and i also warned them about that but i guess they just ignored it.
*FLASHBACK*
One fine day the karasuno volleyball team was practicing oor training in the gym , we could see mostly hinata and kageyama practicing the quick since they think its unbeatable and the rest , well lets just say they are either bickering or doing same thing again and again , they were not trying new things , I saw through them and decided to give them a warning , i started to walk towards them and said " You guys will lose , you won't even be able to qualify till finals the way you guys are right now , no proper coardination , no self improvement except those two fanatics , you guys have grown gotten overconfident and reliant on them" Saying that i started to leave when----
*KARASUNO POV*
'Everyone one is practicing\training hard and honing their moves , hinata and kageyama are also in their top state , we will win this interhigh and defeat shiratorizawa' while coach ukai was thinking this , he heard a voice and when he turned he saw someone who he did expect to speak and what came out with that voice was harsh and also disrespecting .
when everyone heard what Uchiha said they grew angry and got internally irritated , especially Hinata , Tanaka and Nishinoya . hinata shouts " HEY!! HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT ?!??! YOU SEE US PRACTICE EVERYDAY EVEN YOU SAY THAT??!?!" While tanaka says "HOW DARE YOU-- YOU DONT HAVE A CLUE HOW MUCH TIME WE PAY TO TRAINING , YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CRITICISE US"seeing Uchiha leaving without giving them any mind Nishinoya shouts "YOU SURE HAVE GUTS TO SAY THAT WHEN ALL YOU DO IS WATCH AND NEVER DARE TO PLAY" Hearing this uchiha turns around and says " let's make a bet , i say you will not pass ahead of semi final , if you win and get pass semi final i will apologise to each and everyone of you infront of that crowd while if you loose i will be the assistant coach and train you guys till the spring qualifiers and you obey each and everything" when uchiha finished his sentence he left without saying anything while whole karasuno got their blood boiled and started their way of training again.
*FLASHBACK END*
'Well , they dosen't seem to have improve , guess they ignored my warning , well its their loss' while he was paying attention on karasuno he didn't gat lazy and still practiced hard , he can now wear upto 5kg each wristband and legbands without any problem and if he plays without them his spike power may match that of ushijima or little low while his agility and instincts are on other level , enough to stop the freak quick after seeing once , his vertical and running jump can now match hinata's or maybe above him while he made his own playstyle watching daily matches and using perfect copy , he can play all the roles in a team and due to his perfect copy he can very well synergy with any team perfectly and he had also created some new techniques to use in matches .
*TIME SKIP TO END OF SEMI FINAL*
I saw it , Everyone saw seijoh blocking the freak quick at the end of match making karasuno lose the match. referee whistled and match ended , they bowed to each other and left .
I made my way to karasuno resting room. I entered and saw them with crying faces , i felt bad for them , while they did get overconfident , they still practiced real hard but still intervened in their greef "UH - UHU " when they heard the sound they turned towards me and saw me , their faces further down , Daichi say" why are you here ?? if you are just here to laugh then its not right time" i replied " Nope , i am not here to laugh , i am here to fullfill my end of bet , from now on i am your assistant coach and i will set training regimes for all of you , meet me in gym 2 days from now , make sure to get your mood back before that" i said , then i left .
karasuno seeing me leave had conflicted faces but the still obliged.
