Capítulo 48: Chimera (2)- Final
Kyle saw her heal Keitan in a matter of seconds. Her healing skill was many times higher leveled than Alicia's.
The chimera was moving its face here and there wanting the fire to stop burning. When the fire was extinguished, they all could see the crisped face of the chimera, its eyes were burnt and destroyed, many teeth were either inside the mouth on the tongue, or coming out.
"Get another of that attack ready!"
Jasper and Kyle sprinted to the chimera in the hopes to kill it, he finally activated his 'wild cut' while the frost aura was already activated.
They both tried to merge but the wild aura was dominant again. While the Chimera was looking around sniffing the air, Kyle came near his shoulder and made a deep vertical cut at it. The aura went in and Kyle stepped back, but the surprising thing was that the wound was bleeding relentlessly and the wild aura chaotically made the wound and the near inner skin worse but the chimera didn't care.
That's when realization hit him.
"Hey! He doesn't feel pain!"
"I know that!" Jaser said while trying to cut off the left hand but the sword got stuck halfway.
"Hah? When the fuck were you gonna tell us!?" Kyle asked while trying to make more cuts.
He made around 10 deep wounds on it in a span of 3 minutes while dodging the lethal nails and deadly goat feet.
The chimera was now getting a little exhausted but it was still attacking them without stopping and worrying about its wounds.
The fight went on for 3 more minutes and Kyle's aura deactivated on its own, his mana storage was exhausted. The chimera was super injured, it had lost its left toe, and left hand and its right shoulder were busted, and many pierced wild wounds in the gut and chest.
"Why isn't it dying?" Emilia asked while drinking her potion, her mana was also exhausted, same with Keitan, he was not coming out of the shadows but attacking head-on.
The Chimera was already busted but it was not dying. Kyle was finally annoyed enough and jumped to attack the head, the jump was a little low because his armor was around 15 kilos. But he reached it, and with a single auraless vertical slash, the sword went inside the head to Kyle's delight.
"Wha-"
BAM!
The creature took Kyle in his hand crushing the armor a little and threw him at a wall that was very far. The impact made Kyle's armor more damaged but it didn't matter as his body was still not showing.
The chimera was still standing after the attack on the head, blood dripping out continuously.
"There has to be a way!" Emilia said while pondering, she was the safest as the chimera was occupied by Jasper and Keitan.
'Maybe its vitals are somewhere else....?' Kyle thought, he had already pierced where the hearts usually were and the brain was already damaged.
"Urgh! Fuck it! Everyone, just keep attacking this motherfucker!!" Kyle shouted with all his might, the hoarse voice made him sound like a devil.
Kyle came running and lost all hesitation, he jumped and reached the chimera with a hand clasped in a punch.
BAM!
The chimera was hit on the spider's legs and gut which made it step back a little by force.
"You like that, motherfucker? Hah?"
BAM!

The last bam was Kyle flying towards one of the walls again but he got up again like a zombie and ran at full speed again.
Jasper and Emilia looked at the madness with a little panic.
"He has gone crazy, stop him!" Emilia said. She thought that Kyle would die if he went on like this, not having an idea of what Kyle actually was.
Keitan was still attacking but he was decisively dodging the attacks, unlike Kyle. But his attacks were not going in vain, the chimera was a creature that defied many universe's laws and logic.
Its brain was damaged, wound so many that the hideous physique had become unimaginable naturally. And at last, after all that, the room's floor was filled with blood, Kyle and many even saved themselves from slipping various times.
The chimera was finally taking many deep breaths as if not able to breathe, from the way it was acting, its death was coming fast.
Kyle's mana was filled enough to last the mild rip and frost aura together for 30 seconds.
He activated them and finally tried to behead the damn thing, reaching its head and neck had been difficult all this while as the damn thing's smelling senses were better than good.
SLASH!
The sword was halfway in and it hit the bone, Kyle couldn't go ahead so Jasper understanding the situation activated his aura the last time forcefully, with a single slash, their swords met together making a clanging sound, and finally, the head was beheaded.
All of them looked at the body in anticipation, it wobbled a little and moved his hand around as if trying to do something. Kyle and the others couldn't believe it, its head was gone and now too, it was not dying.

"I will never fight a chimera again," Kyle said as he fell on his butt. The fight had mentally exhausted him.
The others were much worse, their body was painfully sore while Emilia was nauseous from the overuse of mana. She had not contributed much to this fight but had one of the leading roles in the previous ones.
Kyle went to its body and got disappointed with no other reward than its battered body. But then he saw something lustering inside the chimera's body, Kyle crouched down and saw that it was kind of an orb at the center of the gut, all the spider legs were already destroyed or detached.
When no one was looking taking deep breaths while Jasper was already unconscious, he took the orb from the body and placed it in his inventory within a second.

In a dark place, a four-armed creepy creature had its eyes closed but it opened them with a frown again.
"What happened this time?" The voice of someone came into his mind.
"The life project's chimera#22 is dead and the breeding ground has been destroyed." The creepy creature said.
"Make someone retrieve the Orb of Ichor," The voice said in a commanding tone.
"Yes, master."
