Capítulo 119: 4.31

Inserting something in my own head definitely was quite the unique experience, but I ignored my discomfort as I turned the key, visualizing my Genetic Constraints.

The First Genetic Constraint opened instantly, barely offering any resistance.

And the moment I did, I understood the difference between opening the Genetic Constraints by myself and with the key.

Quite simply, not only was my First Genetic Constraint now permanently opened, it was also devoid of any side effects. Of course, I had already pretty much done that before through my own work, but it wasn't perfect, and probably never would be, as although I could basically completely ignore the side effects of opening the First Genetic Constraint thanks to experience and stats, it still did have some side effects.

But now, it was just opened, and my instincts had been fully unlocked.

Of course, the real value was not with this one, but next Genetic Constraints.

Even today, three months after my arrival, I could still feel some discomfort from opening the Second Genetic Constraint when I fought Maarbrom.

So, visualizing it, I started twisting the key.

This time, I felt a much more potent resistance from the key, or rather, my Genetic Constraint. Along with it, came an uncomfortable pain from all over my body, as if I had just opened the Second Genetic Constraint, and it was worsening.

I preserved through it, and continued twisting the key as I felt the Genetic Constraint get looser and looser.

I quickly lost the motion of time as I felt like I stood there for hours, yet as I finally finished twisting the key and opened my eyes, I was still above the Thalmor Embassy, although the world had turned red.

Realizing I had blood in my eyes, I momentarily took the key out of my forehead, and wiped my face.

It was a simple motion, but it felt completely foreign as I felt perfect control over my motion. My Second Genetic Constraint was also opened, permanently.

Although it hadn't brought any change to my stats, if it had to be converted then opening the Second Genetic Constraint at least doubled physical strength. It also allowed me to focus my power on one particular action, which could change it by a factor of five.

So, in essence, I could make a punch hit five times as hard with the same stats. And that was only the Second Genetic Constraint.

The cautious and probably wiser decision would have been to stop there, especially since Nocturnal could still attack. However, I reasoned that if neither Azura nor Nocturnal attacked me, despite taking notice of me, then they probably hadn't felt that I was of another world, or simply didn't care about it.

So, after taking a deep breath, I once again inserted the Skeleton Key into my forehead, and attacked the Third Genetic Constraint.

The effect was instantaneous as I suddenly felt like my head was filled with acid, and my brain bathed in it.

Under the Second Genetic Constraint, the brain was the only part of my body that I couldn't feel absolute control over, yet now I felt it more than ever as the pain was worse than anything I had ever felt.

The scarier part, however, was how I could feel my own thought process slow down and deteriorate, making twisting the key all the more difficult. My face twisting in both agony and numbness as I quickly lost control over my own body, I kept twisting the key relying only on my spirit.

Spirit… There is something. there is supposed to be somethinG. Berremem. ImPORTant? Pink. Gum. Clown? Spider? NO! Hunter! YES! Larmisi! Reverse! FUCKING CUNT! CURSING? CURSING! CURSED ENERGY!

My quickly deteriorating brain suddenly paused as my Cursed Energy, which had been laying dormant, sprung up and covered my brain, and the energy, which I used to have some trouble still manipulating, now was mine to control as I did something most Sorcerers in Jujutsu Kaisen couldn't do even with years of experience.

I multiplied my Cursed Energy with itself, and created Reverse Cursed Energy.

Cursed Energy is made from negative emotions, and is thus a negative force only capable of destruction, or healing destruction, aka Curses. But in math, multiplying two negatives makes for a positive, and the same applies to Cursed Energy, which can be turned into Reverse Cursed Energy.

And this energy can heal living people. And that's exactly what I used on my brain as I reversed the damage done to it.

However, that did not mean the Third Genetic Constraint was opened yet, as I had only passed the first hurdle. This only meant that if I had opened the Third Genetic Constraint by myself, I maybe wouldn't have died. Now I had to permanently open it.

I did learn what it did exactly, however. And just like I suspected, the Third Genetic Constraint did what the Second Genetic Constraint did to the body, but to the brain. In other words, it gave me perfect control over my brain.

For now, the most direct consequence of that was a complete control over my Spiritual Energy, which was Cursed Energy, even allowing me to make Reverse Cursed Energy. Actually, I could feel even more, as I had awakened an Innate Technique, and felt that if I really wanted to, I could even spread out my domain.

I would have time later for that however as for now, I focused on the key, and continued twisting it. The pain continued, and at some point even the Reverse Cursed Energy couldn't keep up with the rate at which my brain was being damaged.

Still, I kept on going, sending one of the Force Seeds filled with an entire dragon's lifeforce to my brain, which would usually be deadly, but now only served to heal my brain.

However, as I felt I was near the end, and that I only needed one last twist to completely open my Third Genetic Constraint, something unexpected happened.

A beam of white light covered me.

I felt an external influence try to put me in a daze, but in under this state I managed to counter it, keeping myself awake as the world of Skyrim seemed to freeze in time as I rose into the sky.

I was leaving this world as my time was up.

But as I did, I felt the Skeleton Key react as my operation was interrupted, the Skeleton Key forcefully leaving my forehead. Reacting instantly, I grabbed it before it could fly off, and even as it turned scalding hot I let it sear my hand.

Things were not over however as when I reached the sky, a breach into space seemed to opened above me, and the beam led me through it. Looking around, all I saw was… chaos.

Yes, chaos would be the best way to describe it, although no words could really describe what I saw.

And out of that chaos, appeared a hand. I would have said it was giant, but in this space size and mass did not seem to count for much as it physically grabbed the beam of light, and shattered it.

As my body came into contact with the chaos, I felt it start to corrode my body, so I followed my instincts and covered myself with Cursed Energy, which seemed to stop its effects.

[Teleportation has been intercepted. Countermeasure being devised…]

"Well, aren't you interesting?"

God's voice was completely overshadowed, and quite literally, as night itself seemed to take over the chaos, and envelop me. And from that night, emerged a woman.

My expression grim, I shielded myself from the invading darkness with the Force, and greeted back, "Prince Nocturnal."
