Keep it above sea level. Being a pirate king (in Essos), mercenary king (Essos) etc would be much more interesting than going underwater, and more in keeping with canon. Or various plots above water. Not to mention the Greyjoy rebellion.

Noticed that intended tone didn't come over great. "Little bit better" was a typical British understatement. Like a serious storm could be described as "a bit of weather". The translation here is significantly better. The one I mentioned is I think mtl (machine translation).
