Blood drops. The blood was two colors, one darker and one lighter. Quickly pulling out the flasks, I collected what I could and then quickly headed to the lab. Since the school was empty for a while before the police arrived, this was a great chance to use all the tools and reagents in the lab.

I didn't add anything to that since she wasn't wrong. That was simply how this world was for shinobi and there was little to be done about it. There was a time when the village didn't have the academy students undergo a desensitization to murder but those same students had the highest casualty rate during missions so that flaw was fixed. You know that phrase "It feels like the entire world is out to get me"? Yeah in my case the corrupted nature energy makes that phrase a reality and it is not a pretty sight. As it turns out having the entire world out to get you is enough of a problem to even cause Jonin issues. After I calmed down and realized the problem I had caused I had to make an effort to fix it by draining the natural energy of the area and returning it to it's normal way of operating.-
