A small part of It is the weapon, as it does have a genuine counter against most of her healing (mainly the vampiric one). But you also have to think about where she is, and what type of being created the area she is in.

Technically yes. But, doing it too much may lead to some consequences, after all, messing with energy that is quite literally time itself, isn’t the best idea.
[Timelord - An ancient, and powerful species of the Doctor Who universe. Said character, is also considered to be a part of that species...sort of. This grants the host two hearts, immensely improved intellectual capabilities, overall increased parameters to every physical ability, primarily the senses. Also grants the user their regeneration. Usually there is a limit to the amount of times you may regenerate, but this is offset due to the system, allowing you to regenerate infinitely. Everytime the user regenerates, all their capabilities are improved by 50%, while their appearance may or may not change (Note: The user will not change gender). Should the user train sufficiently, and understand more about themselves, they may even be able to manipulate the time energies that allows the user to regenerate in the first place.

'The subclasses though...that's a bit more of a difficult choice. The obvious choice would be werecoyote due to the strength and supernatural abilities. But, assassins in assassins creed get pretty damn strong, not to mention their immense skill, which could be really helpful. Plus, there's items in that universe that could be really good, too. Like the different eden objects' Talia thought, contemplating her choice.

Doesn’t work against Gwen. Her mind cannot be read, scanned, controlled, or even talked to by others, due to her system. In the future she might learn to allow the link, but she can’t just yet.

Archangels and angels in general can be harmed by anything supernatural, but can’t really be killed by them, besides demonic blades. Physically she is weaker, as she didn’t go full blown demonic like Lucifer from the show did.
'H-How dare he! How dare he hurt MY Alice!' Lucifer thought with a snarl, as her eyes began to glow a blood red. Following after the downed vampire, she didn't give him a moment to respond before launching another punch to his stomach, throwing him into a nearby tree. A groan escaped Edward as he looked up and found Lucifer standing over him. While Lucifer was strong, her physical capabilities weren't as strong as a Twilight vampire, not yet at least.
