Upon closer examination of the enchantment, Harry discovered that the stone wasn't actually inside the mirror. Instead, it was hidden elsewhere in the room, revealed only under specific conditions. The mirror was designed to detect if someone wanted the stone but did not intend to use it for themselves. If the conditions were met, the stone would then magically appear in the seeker's pocket. This was just another of Dumbledore's dumb games.

How did Dumbledore manage with all of this in the canon. The troll did attack everyone in the dungeon, all the parents should have been angry and sent howlers to Dumbledore. I don't remember reading this.
Dumbledore received a flood of letters and howlers every morning for the following few days, criticizing his actions and accusing him of endangering the students. The situation escalated to the point where the Ministry of Magic considered sending a team of Aurors to conduct a thorough investigation.

Author here, I am starting to feel the limitations of this story. I am not good at writing a very OP character while balancing the story progression. Cramming so many events and characters in the story hasn't helped either. So I think I will write this story up to 120 or so chapters at most and end it there. What do you guys think?
