Then you might ask about advanced cursed techniques like domain expansion and reverse curse technique and I can say for certain that I have no fucking idea. The manga's information on how those work exactly was vague as shit beyond negative and negative cursed energy made positive and that domains were an expansion and manifestation of ones innate technique. You see the sheer amount of fucking nothing that tells me? How does two negative make a positive? What the fuck does expanding and manifesting a technique even mean? All these details that a mage in this world would know as a matter of course for mana are things I have to figure out on my own.-

Ur question is rather stupid since a template system is acquiring a characters aspects like looks, talents, skills, and abilities. But most characters die(like tobirama) whether that be in their peak or before it. The reason why I said just choosing another character is boring is because there is more to discover like the mc has tobirama’s talent which should apply to making Justus so he already has a lot things he can make since a lot of Justus take time and effort since it is basically a science and tobirama was a master at that science so once he maxes out the template he has more to accomplish that to tobirama could not. Not only that but tobirama was pretty old and died abruptly what we saw might not even have been his real “peak” and the mc would be at his peak but younger so tobirama’s peak wouldn’t be the mc’s so he could definitely surpass him. In the end all I’m saying is that there is more you could do with a template system rather than making it so generic.
And four years after his reincarnation he also awakened an assurance for his survival in this dangerous world, a template system granting him all abilities of different characters.
