Peace City was a new and developing medium-sized city at the lower reaches of the Silver Mist River.

Ninety percent of the cities in the Silver Mist Sea were distributed across the Silver Mist River. The size of a city depended on the reach of the river it was located at. There were a total of forty-two cities in the upper reaches of the river and more than half of them were large-sized cities.
