Every leader that comes is overwhelmed with issues and left handicapped in tackling the problems that have been planted in the society. What were bred over the years are massive unemployment, drug abuse, jobs racketeering, banditary and terrorism, political conflict, religious intolerance and bigotry, infrastructure decay and ritual killing among others. A leader comes to power to squash the problems, but is confronted with the canals to influenced the problems in the society. Getting through the issues is a daunting task, but worth daring.

People with abilities were feared and rounded up. The government wanted, needed, to figure out what was going on. They wanted a cure, so they needed Patient Zero and test subjects.
