As someone who struggles with daily life I often find myself wondering what life would be like somewhere else. Somewhere far away. Somewhere magical. I'm sure maybe you've even felt this way. But then I look around and see the world as it is now and it corrupts my fantasy. Much like my own disillusionment This is a story about a man who having never felt real contentment or joy dies, and eventually ends up in a typical world of myth and fantasy, but when the old stigmas and incredibly high standards for what the world should be like create nothing but problems for him he tries to find creative ways to power through it. All the while dealing with the "good intentions" of his gods and having to contend with the dark sides of a real fantasy world. This is east meets west fantasy through a lens of realism and I truly hope to shatter your expectations. Don't let the low number of chapters fool you. I have been working on this book for years and I have tons of content. You can expect regular updates from me as I final edit and post. Book cover is being commissioned now and I look forward to it's release! I'm hoping to publish between 2-3 chapters a week minimum.
