Growing up, her mother had always told her stories nearly every night. Before she died, Melissa's mother gave her a book of fairytales, which contained beautiful pictures of the stories they told. Melissa loved the book and its stories. As it was the last thing her mother had given her, she treasured the book greatly, it being the most precious object in her possession. Due to constantly bullying, which also resulted in the ripping of the book and her death, Melissa could not move on to the next life. Filled with rage and resentment with her past treatment towards her book and herself, Melissa cursed the ones who tormented her, cursed them to experience the fairytales from her book, but with a sinister twist.

Poor lemonade boy, unnoticed in the hot summer sun. How sullen you seem, toiling away without respite, for there is no mercy from the relentless heat. Not even a sip. Be careful, you may just catch heat stroke. - A little boy is selling lemonade from a homemade stand in the blazing sun of upstreet California. It is terribly hot and the poor boy begins to suffer from heat stroke, alas he succumbs to his thirst and begins to drink the very lemonade he wished to sell. The icy cold drink brings on feverish longing for cooler memories and the little lemonade boy perishes in the merciless sun. Unseen and entirely alone on the busy, bustling street.
