Author vs Novel: The Characters always get in the way.
Gods, humans, fantasy, all that good stuff. I, Mana, aspiring writer, decided to start a new novel. Sadly, it didn't go accord to plan. Upon giving life the the characters, they grew conscious of my involvement. Arguments, they always want something and I give them the opposite. Louis Nicoli, a 4th year college student, relies on his scholarship just to finish his studies and immediately support his family. He was born destined to be poor and had only two family members left, his father and his younger sister. His mother has long since said good-bye to this world. His life is too simple for him. With little to be fascinated with. And then one day, as many of you expected, his life turned upside down. On his way back home from university, he had learned from his father that his sister had been abducted by the Leos family, one of the richest families in the country. Louis didn't know why, it wasn't like they had ever offended the family, but that made him mad. They couldn't report it to the police because of their poor status, and it's not like those people would ever believe it, especially the fact that the Leos family is well-known throughout the country. He's spent so long planning with his father for the whole night — He's going to dress up like a girl and pretend to be working for the Leos family. But the truth is, he's going to climb over their territory, find his sister, and then leave. — That was his great idea. He did what he had planned the next day. He initially thought it was going to be easy to retrieve his sister, but fate, that unkind f-ing thing, just wouldn't quit messing with people's lives. He's always telling himself that he's not going to be affected because of it, but each time the third son of the Leos family smiles, it annoys him!! THAT. F-ING. SMILE. IS. SO. ANNOYING! AND THE FACT THAT THE THIRD SON IS FIVE YEARS YOUNGER THAN HIM, GAVE HIM GOOSBUMPS!!
