Well, there is one thing: In this world, the will of the world chooses your name for you, leaving you no choice. Only, Ran's name is, unknown. No, he's not literally named unknown, but rather, it is in an unknown language and is undecipherable by those around him. However, this one partciularity is merely just the precursor, like foreshadowing, to what would eventually become of Rans life; it can, will, and already, shove Ran down a rabbit hole of both misery and... love. Sadly, their clash with the Cosmic Imperial Army gave rise to hell. Ultimately, after a war of 1000 years, the race lost.Nevertheless, one team of their scientists created a system to save their endangered gene pool and sent the system to earth secretly. This system injected the encoded forms of the genes in the precursor of primates, waiting for the genes to refine themselves in the course of evolution and again bring back the unjustly culled race to life. In the meantime, the system has been protecting the Earth from the clutches of the Imperials.Back in the present, a boy was born with the noble genetic configuration, a neo human or the first 'Revealed One'. He will bring the justice for his ancestors, taking down the Imperials.Of course, he isn't alone. He will come across a lot of friends and foes in the way. Each of them with their own specialities - magicians, espers, engineers, arsonists ... His journey will lead him to the heart of the system and then to the black sky beyond the horizon.

Mainframe side story: Emily's origins
A precursor to the Mainframe series that will soon follow. This is the story of how Emily comes to be recruited by Mainframe. Her story is completely different from Mainframe's and there's a lot less comedy in this one. Emily is a 15 year old girl who visits the local junkyard every day. With her father being a primitive soldier and her mother being in a profession that's best not mentioned she has a fairly eventful home life. This home life is even more eventful than that every time her and her father argue about the idea of morality. Emily herself certainly doesn't do things by half measures either as while she visits the local junkyard she runs into a similarly local gang who run the place and mess with them in a serious way on a regular basis. All of this trouble coming her way and her reason for attracting it? Because she wants to build a robot. Well she wants to do something with that robot to be specific. She wants to murder her parents. She wants them to repay her. With interest. This is my first attempt at writing a story so corrections and suggestions are always appreciated. I'm using this as practice for the series I'm going to write afterwards which is the Mainframe story I mentioned at the top of the description. Hence why the side story is coming out BEFORE the original series. If anyone reads this after reading the Mainframe series in the future then Hi! Basically I have an AI do the drawing for me and I stick it together with image manipulation software. I used to do some people's youtube thumbnails for them so I like to think I'm ok at it but there are some glaringly obvious flaws in places cause I'm not used to mix and match. Fits the story though right? Having an AI do this sort of thing for me. Ok I know I'm a bit of a rambler so I'll stop here. If you've actually read all the way to the end of this I'm seriously impressed. You cannot control what emotions you feel, as you feel all emotions all of the time. Emotions are inescapable, as is the beating of your heart. The moment either of them end is the moment your life will end, slowly fading into nothing." - yeetitetatious (me) The heart is the center of all emotion. Emotion is what makes us human. But too much of any emotion will break us completely. But what if your heart is made of Ruby? What if emotions were under your control? Would you choose to break people? Or would you help them up after they fall? After being blessed with the Ruby heart, Lin Hai is forced to make this decision in a cruel world. Watch as he ventures through a world beyond repair, climbing his way to the top as an angelic devil, sent from both heaven and hell to fix this crumbling world. (Author's note: the ability to control emotions will come extremely late in the novel, but the precursors to it will show up early on, probably as early as chapter 20 or so. Since it is the most important aspect of his character, if it appeared too early on, it would be extremely boring for him to use the same thing every time he got in a fight. I will be working on making his character contain depth and emotions unlike the MCs of a lot of other novels, so you can look forward to that)

Sergeant Stubby
INTRODUCTION.-)Sergeant Stubby (1916 – March 16, 1926) was a dog and the unofficial mascot of the 102nd Infantry Regiment (United States) and was assigned to the 26th (Yankee) Division in World War I. He served for 18 months and participated in 17 battles on the Western Front. He saved his regiment from surprise mustard gas attacks, found and comforted the wounded, and allegedly once caught a German soldier by the seat of his pants, holding him there until American soldiers found him. His actions were well-documented in contemporary American newspapersAFTER THE WAR.-) After returning home, Stubby became a celebrity and marched in, and normally led, many parades across the country. He met Presidents Woodrow Wilson, Calvin Coolidge, and Warren G. Harding. He also appeared on vaudeville stages owned by Sylvester Z. Poli and was awarded lifetime memberships to the American Legion and the YMCA.In 1921, General of the Armies John J. Pershing presented a gold medal from the Humane Education Society to Stubby, the subject of a famous photograph and other artistic media.During that same year, he attended Georgetown University Law Center along with Conroy, and became the Georgetown Hoyas' team mascot.Given a football at halftime, he would nudge it around the field, to the amusement of the fans.While still a student at Georgetown, Conroy was also employed as a special agent of the Bureau of Investigation, precursor to the FBI.Stubby died in his sleep in March 1926.After his death he was preserved via taxidermy and his cremains were sealed inside of the mount. The statue pays tribute to fallen Connecticut veterans, where both Stubby and Robert Conroy are from.
