Lee Jin Ah, seorang prajurit perang Negara yang tengah mengambil masa istirahatnya dihadapkan oleh kenyataan yang menyakitkan. Disaat ia berharap bahwa keluarga yang ia tinggalkan akan menyambutnya, nyatanya itu hanya sebuah angan-angannya semata. Keluarganya ternyata tak pernah mengharapkannya kembali. Jin Ah kira ketika kedua orangtuanya mengijinkannya pergi, mereka akan kembali menyambut dirinya. Namun, kenyataannya berbeda. di tengah sakit hatinya itu, Jin Ah mendapat kabar kalau sang Kakak mengalami penyerangan saat ia bekerja. tentu saja Jin Ah terkejut dan khawatir. Kakaknya adalah Lee Haechan. Seorang anggota grup dari Neo Culture Technology atau juga disebut dengan NCT. Boygroup yang tengah naik daun itu sangat wajar jika memiliki sebuah haters. akhirnya ia memutuskan untuk bergabung dengan perusahaan yang menaungi kakaknya itu. ia melamar kerja di sana sebagai asisten manager untuk boygrup kakaknya. ia juga tak memberiathu kedua orangtuanya bahwa ia bekerja dengan kakaknya. karena Jin Ah kira kedua orangtuanya itu sudah tak peduli lagi dengannya. Selama ia menjadi asisten Manager sang kakak, hal yang tak ia sangka terjadi. Jin Ah mendapati kalau haters sang kakak itu adalah seorang mata-mata yang tengah di incar oleh negara. Lalu munculnya orang di masa lalu dan kebenaran-kebenaran yang Negara sembunyikan darinya, Jin Ah perlahan mengetahui nya. Dengan beberapa informasi yang ia dapatkan itu, Jin Ah menyimpan dendamnya dan berencana untuk menghancurkan Shadow House. Namun ia tak bisa begitu saja menjalankan aksi balas dendamnya. ia harus bermain sepintar mungkin, identitasnya sebagai prajurit tak boleh terendus oleh siapapun, bahkan kakaknya sendiri tak boleh mengetahuinya. Namun ditengah-tengah rencana balas dendamnya itu, seorang dari masa lalu yang ingin sekali Jin Ah lupakan kembali hadir. Akankah rencana Jin Ah berjalan dengan lancar?
