Frey has yet to complete the quest that was assigned to her the moment she became a Valkyrie. She did not give up and always hunted down Eldritch whenever she caught his trail. The only problem is that the bastard is one slippery individual which is why she has yet to kill him despite her becoming stronger.

"Frog in your throat? Or are you suddenly scared to come and face me one on one." Frey mocked Eldritch with his usual lines against her.
