Jonathan Hamilton transfers to Sunny Hill starting junior year to run away from his past and keep promises on which to build an uneventful, safe future. The biggest promise he makes to himself is to stay clear forever, by all means necessary, of straight bad boys and their unhealthy appeal.
But promises are only made to be broken, Jonathan discovers the truth of the old adage, as junior year barely starts, and he has a run-in with the ridiculously attractive Maddox Kingsley, the resident BMOC, and carrier of the frightful nickname of ‘Mad Dawg’. Nothing good would ever come of it, but does he really have what it takes to resist the insane attraction that pulls him – again – toward a guy whose middle name should be ‘worst mistake ever’?

I love everything this author writes. I really appreciate the fact that women are represented and that the characters are versatile making the romance realistic. Rusty has to be my all time favorite character and I can't wait to read a side story about him 😁.Thank you LauraSFox for the usual great writing and I hope to read more of your creations in the future!
Jonathan, I feel you… no one can resist Maddox’s charms 😁….. Maddox is like an innocent yet not so innocent boy who is trying his best to break down the Fort Knox known as Jonathan 😜. But one obvious fact is that they undeniably make a cute couple 😍
One of the best novels I ve read so far…. Jonathan with his preppy, posh style and Maddox with his carefree attitude make me fall in love with them😍… also their friends are freakin awesome…
A really great read so far! Love this author’s pacing and sense of humour. Characters are adorable and I was hooked in less than 10 chapters. Waiting patiently for more!!!

I have to say, this story was amazing. I binge read it. Really didn't want to stop at any time because I just couldn't get enough and needed more. Author did an amazing job with their character and story building. Definitely recommend!! I am now in search of more from you!!
