ตอน 125: The Box of Ultimate Bliss
The Kusakage felt fear looking at those piercing yellow eyes. The same was true for all of his guards in front of him.
"Fear not Kusakage san, We would die protecting you." One of the guards said confidently but his shaking body said otherwise.
"So be it," Yoriichi muttered as the guard who just talked had his heart punctured by a black rod at the next second. Similarly, all of the guards died within the next second as Yoriichu used his dojutsu to impale them with the black rods.
The number of black rods that he could materialize at once from his pocket dimension and the range from which he could launch them were significantly increased due to the constant usage of his dojutsu as well as reaching Stage 3 of Dharmagan.
Thankfully, Dharmagan did not have the limitations of Mangekyou Sharingan or he would already be blind.
Seeing all of his elite guards in front of him die within seconds, the Kusakage who was a S-rank shinobi decided to flee but he was denied this opportunity as he saw the Giant Jiro to his left blocking his escape path similarly Kakazu, Kaito, and Chino too blocked his other escape paths.
Instead of panicking further, the Kusakage started laughing.
"Hahahaha"
"Have you turned insane after seeing what would become of you in the future? Would you be willing to tell me what have you done to Genkai and his team? Or would you like to be put in a Genjutsu or have your mind read?" Yoriichi asked since he had sent a shadow clone to the place in the castle where he could not sense anything using his sensory ability but there was no trace of Genkai there or his team.
"You redhead bastards! You destroyed our plan. We would have completed our plan to become the strongest village if you came here a day later."
He then looked at his fallen subordinates and comrades' dead bodies and said "But you are still too late. My comrades won't be able to see our village prosper and destroy your village. But I will avenge them."
Yoriichi's heart skipped a beat as he heard the Kusakage say 'You are too late.' But he still had some hope in his heart.
"All of you will help me serve my purpose soon," Kusakage said with a maniacal grin as he bit his thumb.
"Summoning Jutsu"
A giant black Box appeared from the summoning jutsu.
The giant box had a demonic mask-like face on each of the four sides and looked quite menacing.
'So this is what I was missing about the Hozuki Castle. How could I have forgotten about this?' Yoriichi thought as he looked at what he identified as the box of ultimate bliss.
'If I remember correctly, the box was used by Kusagakure to nearly take over the world during the time of the Sage of Six Paths. There should be a beast named Satori that has been sealed inside the box by the sage. A beast that even the sage of Six Paths could not kill, well it looks like we have a hard fight coming up.'
One of the demon sides opened its mouth as a person walked out from it.
"You got to be kidding me. This is going to be such a drag." Kaito said preparing for the most dangerous fight of their life.
Yoriichi too cursed under his breath 'So that's how they almost took control of the whole shinobi world. Satori was only part of the reason. The box uses his negative energy to mind control the people. Enemies thrown into the box became comrades and part of their forces. This is some fucked up shit. Since when is mind controlling a thing in Naruto? Was not that supposed to be a Marvel/DC thing?'
The person who walked out of the box was a person with red hair. His eyes had no pupils and were completely black. The man was Genkai Uzumaki.
Before his friends could ask him anything, Yoriichi shouted "He is alive. He is being mind-controlled. Knocking him out and sealing his chakra would suffice to bring him back since I can sense that his chakra is somehow connected to the box and that is what's controlling him."
"I don't want to hurt sensei." Jiro nervously said as he shrunk down to conserve his chakra.
Chino smirked "I was waiting for this chance to beat the smirk off sensei's face for a long time. It's payback time for beating us all during training sessions."
"Sorry Chino but I want an all-out fight with sensei where he is not holding himself back. I want to test myself alone against him." Yoriichi said
Chino tried to protest but Kaito interrupted her "Let him fight Chino."
He was more than happy to pass on the opportunity to fight. He was thinking about taking a nap if the fight got too long. Kakazu did not say anything so it was decided that Yoriichi would fight Genkai alone.
The Kusakage watched with sweat dripping from his back 'What kind of monsters want to face Genkai of the Dark Release alone.'
'Satori should not be released until a large amount of chakra is used to release it. In the anime, it took years of draining chakra from prisoners and nine tails chakra to release it.' Yoriichi thought as he prepared to battle against his Sensei.
'Let's go Muramasa.' Muramasa appeared in his hands.
Yoriichi knew that it was impossible to keep track of Genkai due to his jutsu that lets him teleport within less than a second. So he decided to both increase his speed and reflexes by activating the thunder demon slayer mark.
After his training, he had more control over how to use his demon slayer mark, unlike before the lightning now surrounded him in a sophisticated manner.
It was not as intense as the lightning cloak of the Raikage. But every move of Yoriichi was accompanied with yellow thunder and blue lightning.
Along with the 10x increase in his attributes, he was fairly confident in keeping up with Genkai.
Both Yoriichi and Genkai moved simultaneously towards each other.
