ตอน 57: Fantasy vs Reality

Dominik put a lock on my bedroom door—on the inside. The last two nights I have slept in this room, and the last two nights I have dreamt of him. 

What was that about on the couch? What was I thinking? Sure, pretending we were into each other helped me write the letter, but… now I'm obsessing over every single word he said, every single touch—trying to place myself back there, enjoy it more, make it real. 

I should be worrying about my family more and crying more and then shaking it off to reveal the warrior underneath and devising strategies to carry out this plan more efficiently. Instead, I'm daydreaming. That's a distraction that isn't going to help, right?

Before, befriending Dominik was part of the strategy. Now, if I'm right that he's the traitor—and I am—the only benefit in developing a friendship with him is to make this all go more smoothly. And maybe he'll help me out if I find myself in trouble.
