It wasn't until Song Zhuyu took a step back and regained his composure that he realized how childish and silly their banter had been. They were no longer teenagers, but adults in their twenties and thirties, for God's sake! 

Alright, maybe Rui Ye could be a little childish mentally due to his less-than-ideal upbringing, but what about him? After a few years of being part of the working society, he had thought he was way better than this! Song Zhuyu held his forehead with an exasperated sigh.
